Taste as Usucha: Creamy umami with a hint of peanuts; has floral aftertaste
Taste as Latte: Nutty with a hint of pistachios and pastries; has floral aftertaste (may also taste like ice cream)

Our first harvest matcha comes from a cozy farm-cafe by Mt. Fuji, lovingly run by the same family for nearly 200 years. Now handled by the 4th generation and winning numerous awards in the process, their simple joy is making good teas and happy hearts!
